TrackProgress sells digital trackers, spreadsheets, planners, templates, and other downloadable products delivered electronically.

Purchases are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed. If you were charged twice, received the wrong product or a defective file, or cannot access your purchase after we try to resolve the issue, contact us with your order details. We will review the problem and offer an appropriate solution.

We will provide a refund when required by applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit your legal rights.
